Physio 50 aims to help people of all ages - whether working from home, returning to activity or already physically active. Physio 50 will provide treatment that is evidence based, site specific, realistic and achievable.
Physiotherapy
Pinpoints the area of discomfort, determines the tissue structures involved and provides the relevant treatment to resolve the problem. Physiotherapy assessments can be face to face, by video or telephone.
Sports injury rehabilitation
Creates the right exercise programme and time-frame in order to improve strength, flexibility and stability, facilitating a quick recovery after injury.
Postural assessment
Poor work set up and extended periods of screen time can lead to neck shoulder and lower back pain. A postural assessment will determine if posture is a contributory factor to pain will inform a strategy designed to correct it.
Post operative rehabilitation
Physiotherapy designed around specific post operative protocols.
Personal training
Personal training is unique to every single individual and body whatever your goals may be. Taking a little time to take care of yourself and invest in your health is one of the most important things you can do for you.

About
Andrew Dumbleton has been working has been working as a physiotherapist for 8 years. He founded Physio 50 in 2021. Prior to this Andrew was a senior Musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapist for Connect Health working as part of the Camden NHS trust. During the Covid-19 pandemic Andrew worked as a first contact triage practitioner entrusted with finding the correct care pathway for Camden's NHS patients. For 18 years prior to graduating from St George's University London, Andrew ran a successful garden design and construction company.
