Recently I developed lower back pain. Andrew explained some of the possible causes of my discomfort, he provided me with some stretching exercises which then progressed to a strengthening programme, he also advised me to take up swimming and loose weight. Although the advice was hard to take, 3 months later my back pain has almost gone and I am fitter than I have been in years.
